株式会社OPSYS（以下「当社」）は、当社が自社のSNSアカウントの運用に使うソフトウェア「Leadloop」（以下「本アプリ」）で取り扱う情報について、以下のとおり定めます。本アプリは当社が管理するパソコン上で動き、当社のアカウントの運用にだけ使います。

2. 取得する情報

本アプリは、MetaのThreads API を通じて次の情報を取得します。

• 本アプリに接続した当社のThreadsアカウントの情報：アカウントID、ユーザー名、プロフィール
• 当社アカウントの投稿・返信と、その表示数・いいね数などのインサイト
• キーワード検索で返される公開投稿：本文、投稿者のユーザー名、投稿日時、投稿へのリンク、公開されている反応の数
• Threads API を使うためのアクセストークン

本アプリは、非公開の投稿、ダイレクトメッセージ、パスワードを取得しません。

3. 利用目的

• 当社アカウントの投稿の作成・予約・公開と、返信の管理
• 当社アカウントの投稿の成果の分析
• 当社アカウントの投稿の企画のための、テーマごとの公開投稿の閲覧（市場の調査）

取得した情報を、広告の配信、第三者への販売、特定の個人の追跡やプロファイリングに使うことはありません。

4. 保存場所と保存期間

• 情報は当社が管理するパソコンの中に保存し、本アプリのために外部のサーバーへ送ることはありません（下記5の外部サービスを除きます）。
• キーワード検索で取得した公開投稿のうち、当社が参考として採用しなかったものは、取得から60日で自動的に削除します。
• アクセストークンは、本アプリでの接続の解除、またはThreadsでのアクセス許可の取り消しにより使えなくなり、本アプリからも削除します。

5. 外部サービスの利用

当社は、当社アカウントの投稿案を作るため、AIサービス（例：Anthropic の Claude）に、当社が参考にする公開投稿の本文を送る場合があります。送る情報は投稿の本文に限り、アクセストークンは送りません。これらの事業者は外国にあり、各社のプライバシーポリシーにもとづいて情報を取り扱います。

6. 第三者への提供

法令にもとづく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。

7. 安全管理

本アプリの保存データとアクセストークンは、当社の担当者だけが使うパソコンに置き、外部に公開しません。

8. 削除のご請求

ご自身に関する情報の削除をご希望の場合は、データ削除の手順をご覧いただくか、下記の窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで、30日以内に削除します。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

法令や本アプリの内容の変更にあわせて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定後の内容は、このページに掲載した時点から効力を持ちます。

Leadloop Privacy Policy

Effective: October 25, 2026

OPSYS Inc. ("we") operates Leadloop, a software tool we use to manage our own social media accounts. Leadloop runs on a computer managed by us and is used only for our own accounts.

1. Operator

2. Information we collect

• Information of our Threads accounts connected to Leadloop: account ID, username and profile
• Posts and replies of our accounts, and their insights such as views and likes
• Public posts returned by keyword search: text, the author's username, the time of posting, the link to the post, and public reaction counts
• Access tokens needed to use the Threads API

Leadloop does not collect private posts, direct messages or passwords.

3. How we use it

• To create, schedule and publish posts on our accounts and manage replies
• To analyze the performance of our own posts
• To view public posts on topics related to our business, in order to plan our own posts

We do not use this information for advertising, sell it, or use it to track or profile individuals.

4. Storage and retention

• Data is stored on a computer managed by us and is not sent to external servers for Leadloop, except as described in section 5.
• Public posts obtained by keyword search that we do not adopt as a reference are deleted automatically 60 days after collection.
• Access tokens are deleted from Leadloop when the connection is removed in Leadloop or the permission is revoked in Threads.

5. External services

To draft posts for our own accounts, we may send the text of public posts we use as a reference to AI services (for example, Anthropic's Claude). Only post text is sent; access tokens are never sent. These providers are located outside Japan and handle data under their own privacy policies.

6. Sharing

We do not share the information with third parties, except where required by law.

7. Data deletion

See the data deletion instructions or contact us below. After confirming your identity, we delete the data within 30 days.
